MOSCOW (IRNA) -- Iran and Russia have always fulfilled their international commitments, press secretary of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, said on Wednesday.

Talking to IRNA, he added that there is a bright prospect for Tehran-Moscow cooperation in various fields.
The two countries enjoy very close cooperation in the areas of economy, politics and trade, he said, adding that bilateral ties are based on mutual interest.
Dismissing interference of any foreign country to tarnish the two countries bilateral relations, he added that the two states are influential countries in the international community.
Iranian and Russian leaders would never let other states damage their friendly ties, Peskov reiterated.
The Russian authorities have repeatedly underscored the importance of bilateral ties with the Islamic Republic, he said.
